Free shipping
We cover the transport costs within Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France and Italy. Shipping on an order is completely free for these countries, regardless of how many items are purchased. For all other countries in the EU we always try to get the best shipping offer. It is important to us to offer not only high-quality products, but also excellent service.

Shipping partner

For our customers in Switzerland and Lichtenstein: Orders are shipped safely and reliably with Swiss Post. Swiss Post is known for its efficiency and speed, so packages arrive on time and in perfect condition.

For our customers within the EU: We rely on the proven services of GLS to deliver orders quickly and securely. GLS offers a comprehensive and reliable shipping service that ensures products arrive safely and promptly.

For our customers in England and the USA: Orders are sent with Hermes Shipping. 

Delivery times and guarantee
Delivery times may vary depending on the location and the respective conditions of the shipping service providers. As a rule, delivery can take place within a few working days. Potential missed deadlines do not entitle the purchaser to withdraw from the contract or to assert compensation or other claims. However, if the delivery date extends by more than twice the stated delivery time, but at least by more than 21 days, the buyer is free to withdraw from the order without making any further claims. 

Notices of defects / complaints / liability
Defects must be reported to RAYL-Group GmbH in writing immediately upon delivery. If defects are reported in a timely manner, RAYL-Group GmbH guarantees the appropriate replacement. All further or different claims on the part of the purchaser than those provided for in these conditions, regardless of the legal basis, are hereby expressly excluded. Liability claims, particularly consequential damages, are expressly excluded. In any case, liability is limited to a maximum of the respective purchase price. Further claims are hereby expressly excluded. RAYL-Group GmbH assumes no liability for damage caused by third parties.
